How can I pay for my order?
OutdoorAreaRugs.net accepts all major credit cards, personal checks (product does not ship until check clears) and company checks (based on approved credit line).

Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?
Yes, it's extremely safe. At OutdoorAreaRugs.net, we provide a secured checkout with Secure Socket Layering (SSL up to 256 bits) for processing your payments online. Add items to your cart and click Secure Checkout to make your payment using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Due to popular demand, you can also use this method to pay using your PayPal account or your Google Checkout account. You can also use your regular checking account through MyeCheck or layaway your order using eLayaway. Payments will be billed as "OCG LLC" - our parent company name.

How soon will my order be shipped?
Since all of our products are in stock and ready to ship, your order will ship within 2-3 business days depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time your order is placed.

How will my throw rug arrive?
All OutdoorAreaRugs.net's smaller rugs ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. All over-sized rugs are folded then rolled to fit the parcel carriers' shipping specifications. You will be able to simply cut the industrial grade plastic bag it ships in, cut the security cording and unroll your new rug!

What is the warranty of your indoor and/or outdoor rugs?
All of OutdoorAreaRugs.net's products are backed with a 1-year warranty against tearing or wearing improperly. It is OutdoorAreaRugs.net's management discretion whether the rug was abused or used in an abnormal condition. All rugs we sell are residential grade with the exception of our entwined outdoor rugs.

How many different throw rug styles do you offer?
Currently, we offer more than 30 different styles to fit your budget, use or application needs.

Can I set up a commercial account?
Yes, OutdoorAreaRugs.net sells to the general public but the majority of our accounts are contract commercial. Please email Melissa, and she will be glad to send a credit application to your company.
