Our 9 ft. Wood Market Umbrella works well in larger residential or commercial applications. This market umbrella features stained cherry wood, an eight-panel canopy and a draw-string pulley opening system. This umbrella does not feature the tilt option.

Market umbrellas feature an extra crown of fabric at the top, which is called a wind vent. This practical design allows for temporary gusts of wind to escape from underneath the umbrella cover.

The 9 ft. Commercial Market Umbrella features a canopy made using your choice of Sunbrella fabric or Outdura fabric-- covered by a 5-10 year warranty*. This fabric is known for its durability against the elements and its high resistance to staining and fading. While customizing this umbrella, the Alternating Fabric Option will allow you to choose a different fabric for the alternating panels. You also have the capability of adding a logo to this umbrella on one to 8 panels!

To customize your umbrella, please select all choice options before adding to cart. For logo umbrella orders: Order your umbrella as normal. Choose all options you would like to include with your umbrella. After your Logo Umbrella order is placed, a customer service representative will contact you within one business day with instructions on where to upload your logo. A proof will be submitted to you for approval with exact logo and/or text placement. When approved, the printing process will begin!

* Sunbrella Awning Grade fabrics feature a 10 year warranty against staining and fading. Sunbrella Furniture Grade fabrics feature a 5 year warranty against staining and fading. Outdura Fabric features a 5 year warranty against staining and fading. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning or damage from misuse or abuse.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 10 year warranty on their awning/marine grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available. To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Outdoor Area Rugs, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Outdoor Area Rugs will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Outdoor Area Rugs. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Outdoor Area Rugs. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Outdoor Area Rugs Return Procedure will be breached and Outdoor Area Rugs will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Outdoor Area Rugs will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Outdoor Area Rugs charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Outdoor Area Rugs prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.
